1. Agreement
By accessing or using transmitsocial.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Transmit Social is a doing-business-as brand of RJ3 Consultants. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site or its services.
2. Services
Transmit Social provides done-for-you social media posting services for small business owners on a monthly retainer basis. Services include content scheduling, graphic creation, caption writing, hashtag research, and posting to agreed platforms. The specific scope of services is defined in your service agreement at the time of purchase.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Transmit Social does not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to follower growth, engagement rates, lead generation, or revenue increases. Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and the quality of content provided by the client. All results mentioned on this site are illustrative and not guaranteed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner as outlined in the service agreement. Transmit Social requires client approval before any content is published. Delays in approval may affect the posting schedule. Clients retain ownership of all original content they provide.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and design elements is the property of Transmit Social and RJ3 Consultants. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials from this site without written permission. Graphics and captions created by Transmit Social for a client become the property of that client upon full payment.
6. Payment and Cancellation
Services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the start of each service period. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with written notice before your next billing date. Refunds are not issued for services already rendered. Transmit Social reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transmit Social and RJ3 Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Transmit Social posts content on third-party platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms, account suspensions, or policy violations caused by content provided by the client. Each platform has its own terms of service which the client is responsible for following.
9. Changes to These Terms
Transmit Social reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where RJ3 Consultants is registered.
